Support Vermont's National Guard and troops serving overseas. Based in the Mad River Valley, Operation Vermont Cares creates care packages for our service men and women. Vermont has citizen soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines serving in theaters around the world... now, finally, a Vermont family can send their support and friendship to them.
